Request for Official Transcript/Certifying Letter

  • Step of Official Document Requested;
  1. Download the Official Document Request Form and fill in all details Click Here
  2. Make a fee payment by mobile banking transfer to;

        Siam Commercial Bank (SCB)
        Account name – ชื่อบัญชี: The Petroleum and Petrochemical College
        Account Number – เลขที่บัญชี: 038-435-4545

     3. Submit the “Request Form” together with the “Evidence of fee payment” to email:  ppcacademic@chula.ac.th

  2. Only for attending conference/carrying out research purpose, please submit the ” Invitation Letter” together with document No.3
