If the applicant’s institution does not use the 4.00 GPA system, the GPA must be converted to a 4.00 scale with official certification from the home university or the registrar’s office.
Master’s degree applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.75
Doctoral degree applicants must have a minimum GPA of 2.75 at the Bachelor’s level and 3.25 at the Master’s level.
Applicants must demonstrate good English proficiency with one of the following minimum scores: (please attach an official score report issued within the last two years: as of May 24, 2024)
TOEFL (ITP): 500, or
TOEFL (CBT): 173, or
TOEFL (iBT): 60, or
IELTS: 5.5
Applicants must not be over 40 years of age.
Applicants must be in good physical and mental health.

One recent 1-inch photo
A Curriculum Vitae (CV)
A complete academic transcript issued by the last academic institution attended
(Must be on a 4.00 scale. If not, GPA must be converted to a 4.00 scale with official certification from the home university or registrar’s office)
A certificate of graduation, if available
A photocopy of passport (valid for at least 2 years)
Two letters of recommendation from the Head, Director, Dean of the university/institution, or the applicant’s superiors
(A free format is allowed. Please do not use the PPC recommendation form from the PPC website.)
