How can I get PPC student ID and what's next?

After the student ID has been confirmed by CU Registra Office

  • Academic Affairs will update the student ID in PPC student database —depend on CU Registra Office
  • PPC student database can be use for internal course registration/viewing transcript also teaching schedule (Academic Affairs will send username/password after student’s scholarship confirmed)—depend on PPC

How can I get CUNET & Chula student email?

1.Offline method:

Collect the username/password at Central IT Office, Chamchuri 3 building, 4th floor.

 

2. Online method:

Student can visit Central IT website to receive CUNET account at:

https://downloads.it.chula.ac.th/scripts/firstpwd_59.php

The link will provide CUNET with student email account by student’s identity.

For PPC student, CUNET account can be use for log-in as following;

How can I get CUNEX application & issue student card?

1. Download CUNEX application (support both iOS & Android)

2. Log-in to CUNEX application by student personal information

3. The virtual student card will active in CUNEX application after confirmation by 2 partners;

  • Chula Registra Office
  • CUNEX System
    – Tuition fee has been paid by student
    – Payment Confirmation has been clicked by full scholarship/ASEAN scholarship/ DPST scholarship /Ph.D. student

4. Student card will be issued by Kasikorn Bank PLC,  the recieving period will be notified by CUNEX application

What can I do if I lost my studend card or the card is expired?

  • Contact PPC Academic Affairs by submit your inquiries at email: ppcacademic@chula.ac.th
  • PPC Academic Affairs will notify Chula Registra Office by the official documents signed by PPC Dean
  • PPC Academic Affairs will contact student to receive the copy of official document, the student need to show up at Chula Registra Office (Chamchuri 6 Building) to re-issue student card by his/herself.

Will my CUNET account disappear after graduate?

Yes, the Chula Registra Office will delete student account of Graduate Student.

They are no longer use CUNET account after the graduation date.
