Timeline for Applying PPC

Applicants can apply via the following link for registration and providing their information: Applicants’ registration link.The application process for PPC follows these steps:

  • Applicants should complete their registration using the provided link above:
    • For 2nd semester ACY 2023, please complete this step before November 1st, 2023.
    • For 1st semester ACY 2024, please complete this step before April 30th, 2024.
  • After registration, applicants will be scheduled for an appointment and interview by committees:
    • For 2nd semester ACY 2023, interviews will be conducted before November 7th, 2023.
    • For 1st semester ACY 2024, interviews will be conducted before May 6th, 2024.
  • Successful applicants from the interviews should submit their applications and the required documents by the following deadlines:
    • For 2nd semester ACY 2023, submit the application and documents before November 11th, 2023.
    • For 1st semester ACY 2024, submit the application and documents before May 10th, 2024.
  • PPC will review and submit the applications and required documents to the university:
    • For 2nd semester ACY 2023, this should be done before November 13th, 2023.
    • For 1st semester ACY 2024, this should be done before May 13th, 2024.
  • The university will make an official announcement by the following dates:
    • For 2nd semester ACY 2023, the announcement will be made before December 15th, 2023.
    • For 1st semester ACY 2024, the announcement will be made before July 15th, 2024.

  • PPC学院将审核并向大学提交申请和所需文件:
    • 对于2023学年第二学期入学的申请人，应在2023年11月13日之前提交。
    • 对于2024学年第一学期入学的申请人，应在2024年5月13日之前提交。
  • 学校将于以下日期发布正式公告:
    • 对于2023年第二学期入学的申请人，公告将于2023年12月15日前发布。
    • 对于2024年第一学期入学的申请人，公告将于2024年7月15日前发布。

Applicants submit the applications and related documents to PPC International Office.

October – November (for “From 2nd Semester Type”)

Admission &Interview

After applications and related documents were reviewed by The PPC committee, the applicants will be called for interview.The contact will be done through the PPC International Office.

Duration of Scholarship Submission:

April – May (for “From 1st Semester Type”)
November – December (for “From 2nd Semester Type”)



Scholarship Submission

For applicants who passed the interview, the PPC International Office will submit the applications for “CU ASEAN and Non-ASEAN Scholarship”.

Official Announcement

Scholarship will be officially announced through the website
(http://www.academic.chula.ac.th/newoaa/international_scholarship.html) and the Office of Academic Affairs, Chulalongkorn University will directly inform to the applicants.

Qualifications of Applicants

  • Applicants must be an international graduated students from ASEAN or Non ASEAN Countries.
  • Applicants must have completed Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree as appropriate in related fields.
  • Applicants must have a grade point average for latest semester before applying of not lower than 2.75 for undergraduate, and not lower than 3.25 for graduate.
  • Applicants age must be less than 40.
  • Applicants must have a good command of English. A minimum TOEFL score of 500 or 173 Computer-base or IELTS score of 5.0 is required.
  • Applicants must be in good health.
  • Applicants must not be recipients of other types of scholarships.

Documents Required

  • Completed application form with a 3 cm X 4 cm size photograph.
  • Curriculum Vitae.
  • Certificate of Graduation.
  • Transcript of Academic Record of the last educational institution attended.
  • Photocopy of passport.
  • Two recommendation letters from the Head, the Director, the Dean which the applicant belongs.
  • Physical examination certificate from a hospital in candidates’ home countries.
