GUIDELINES for ORAL PRESENTERS

Upload Your Presentation

  1. It is recommended that you upload your presentation before traveling to the meeting. Please upload your presentation using the link Guest Speaker & Oral Presentation
    If you need to make changes to a presentation that you already submitted, please resubmit the file using a new file name (code_name)
  2. Note: Plrase bring a backup copy of your presentation with you. You should copy ypour Powerpoint and any video to a folder on USB thumb drive.

On the Day of Presentation

  1. Arrive at the meeting room at least 10 minutes before the start of your session.
  2. Each speaker should not exceed 15 minutes, including time for Q&A. Time reminders will be given at the 3-minutes and 1-minute before the end of your presentation.
  3. A projector, laptop computer, microphones, and pointer are included in each scientific session room.
  4. Session chairs will introduce each presenter.
  5. Technical assistance will be available in each room.
  6. Please be present in your session room at least 10 minutes before your session begins.

GUIDELINES for poster PRESENTERS

  1. All posters are displayed at the Mandarin B room http://www.ppc.chula.ac.th/ppcsymposium/index.php/venue/.
  2. Please prepare your poster as Poster Preparation & Format Guideline

  3. Set up your printed poster (Room : Mandarin B)
    • June 25, 2025  (7.00 p.m.)
    • June 26, 2025 (6.00 – 8.10 a.m.)

4. Poster boards will be placed with paper numbers in numerical order. Please check your assigned number and display your poster in the designated area.

5. Presenters are required to stand by the poster during the scheduled duration of the poster session to answer questions from attendees and committee

6. Presenters must remove their printed posters after the poster session.

7. Participants should bring tape or double-sided adhesive to mount their posters on the assigned display boards.
