GUIDELINES for ORAL PRESENTERS

  1. All presentations must be uploaded your file at least 30 minutes before the first speaker begin the session. Please bring an extra copy of your presentation to the event (on a USB or by sending it to your email).
  2. Every room is equipped with a laptop, projector and screen. A microphone for the speaker and pointer are also available.
  3. Presenters will have 10 minutes to do their presentation and about 5 minutes for discussion.
  4. The length of your presentation may not exceed 15 minutes. Chairs of the session will advise you when you have 3 minutes and 1 minute remaining.
  5. Session chairs will introduce each presenter.
  6. Technical assistance will be available in each room.
  7. Please standby in your session room 10 minutes in advance.

GUIDELINES for poster PRESENTERS

  3. Set up your printed poster

  4. Paper numbers will be placed on the poster boards in numerical order. Please find your paper number and put your printed poster in the designate space.
  5. Poster presenters are required to stand by the poster during the scheduled duration of the poster session to answer questions from attendees and committee.
  6. Presenters must remove their printed posters after the poster session.
  7. Please prepare your tape, or double-sided adhesive tape to hang your poster.
