Please check your assigned number and display your poster in the designated area.<\/li>\n<li>Presenters are required to stand by the poster during the scheduled duration of the poster session to answer questions from attendees and committee.<\/li>\n<li>Presenters must remove their printed posters after the poster session.<\/li>\n<li>Participants should bring tape or double-sided adhesive to mount their posters on the assigned display boards.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><\/div><div id=\"panel-gb16-6a2a784d25cef-2-0-1\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text panel-last-child\" data-index=\"4\" ><div class=\"panel-widget-style panel-widget-style-for-gb16-6a2a784d25cef-2-0-1\" ><h3 class=\"widget-title\">GUIDELINES for ORAL PRESENTERS<\/h3>\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><p><strong>Upload Your Presentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>It is recommended that you upload your presentation before traveling to the meeting. Please upload your presentation using the link Guest Speaker &amp; Oral Presentation<br \/>\nIf you need to make changes to a presentation that you already submitted, please resubmit the file using a new file name (code_name)<br \/>\n<em><strong>Note: Plrase bring a backup copy of your presentation with you. You should copy ypour Powerpoint and any video to a folder on USB thumb drive.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>On the Day of Presentation<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Arrive at the meeting room at least 10 minutes before the start of your session.<\/li>\n<li>Each speaker should not exceed 10 minutes, including time for Q&amp;A.
