PPC Poster Format for our Symposium

  • Use A0 size (841 mm x 1189 mm; 33.11 inches x 46.81 inches) in a vertical rather than a horizontal layout when designing your poster
  • The title box at the top of the page should not be larger than 20 cm high.
  • You should use a two-column layout for your research description starting at the top of the column on the left side and moving to the right-hand column. (The reason we do this is to allow two people to comfortably read the poster at the same time.)
  • Do not put your Abstract on the poster. It will be published in a separate abstract book.

Convert poster file to pdf

After finishing the poster file (size A0), the presenter is required to convert the file into pdf format. For authorization reason, PPC team will put the watermarks as the background of the poster. The pdf file needs to be submitted to Khun Suchitra Kamnoetjok (suchitra.ka@chula.ac.th) from now – July 20th, 2020.

Flash presentation

Presenter needs to prepare a short presentation clip (mp4 file) in English ( about 3 mins). The clip will be posted in the conference website  (http://www.ppc.chula.ac.th/ppcsymposium/index.php/poster-presentation-code-program/) and facebook page (www.facebook.com/ppcsymposium) to get visitors’s attention and collect the questions from audiences.

The flash presentation file needs to be submitted to Khun Suchitra Kamnoetjok (suchitra.ka@chula.ac.th) from now – July 20th, 2020.

On the conference date, authors should standby to present and answer the question from audiences in each room provided (Zoom) (of the 5 sessions).
